SENATOR COLEMAN EXPOSES FRANKEN

Marginal comedian, failed Air America radio personality, and Democratic Senate hopeful Al Franken has been taken down a peg by Minnesota Senator Norm Coleman on the Senator’s website. ColemanforSenate.com boasts a video illustrating Franken’s contradictory remarks on his stand on the Iraq war.

Franken, who has yet to win the Democratic primary, is shown in a video clip stating his belief that Bush was correct in not setting a troop withdrawal deadline for Iraq, just after another clip in which he calls for a timeline for withdrawal. One clip has Franken stating that he would have voted for the war, while in the next clip he states he never took a stand on whether or not to go to war at all.

Anyone who wants to see hypocrisy at its best should check it out ASAP. Congratulations to Senator Coleman for keeping Franken honest. Good luck, Senator in your bid for reelection. You’ve got bloodredstate.com’s vote!
